The hotel was located in a quiet and convenient area near a football stadium. the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, especially the receptionists. - the pool area was impeccably clean.

yeah.. its a very nice hotel (luxury) with only 64 euros..

one thing that will be problem for some ppl's, its not in the city center... but its in a nice place near el cort engles 5 mins walking, also its near the metro station ( green line ) wich its easy to take it to the center arround 10 mins.

The staff was incredibly nice. I had a budget room with an excellent view. - the restaurant was pleasant and the food was reasonably priced. - Its marvelous, central location was a plus.

Hotel is very modern and classy. It's not very close to the city but the metro is just a five minute walk away. Therefore very convenient.

Breakfast was very expensive. There are enough cafes, restaurants around that offer cheaper and better breakfast.

Spacious room, large bathroom, very new, good quality of fittings, nice area, easy 5min walk to the Metro station.

Breakfast at the hotel was too expensive. 13 Euros per person. But we ate at the cafe next door which was very nice and only 5 Euros including coffee.

-The decoration is quite new; unfortunately, I do not like the interior style of the hotel. -The shower room is big enough.

–The wifi signal was weak and unstable, sometimes was hard to get it on line. –It is hard to believe a so-called four star hotel does not provide in-room pressing facility to customers and does not have pressing service on Sunday. The staff could not help us to solve the problem of pressing for Monday morning meeting, and in fact he did not have any intention to help us. –The lighting design does not allow clients to work in the room after sunset. It is too dark at the desk to do any clerical work, not even to use a notebook, etc.

It made my trip to Barcelona a really really nice experience. the place was fairly clean with pleasant staff members. - the service in general was impeccable.

2 euros for 10 min access to internet is fair too much!

It was very close to my conference location. It is also close to the metro which takes you to city centre. There are restaurants and a shopping mall nearby as well.

For us the pillow was not very comfortable which caused us a discomfort in our necks.

Room service took ages to deliver a cheese burger with cold french fries.
